		<description>Gents, sorry to hear about the latest problem. I can imagine that it was very scary, couple of visible problems like this can make a major impact on confidence. 

One thing I&#039;ve been hoping that would be added to gliffy is a way to export the diagrams and save them locally (not as an image but a format that can be imported back without loosing anything). I think this can serve as some sort of assurance that we have a local copy in case of any problems. 

Looking forward to hearing what the plan is to prevent these type of issues in the future.
