Thanks for the note.  I took a look at OSGi, and it looks pretty extensive.  

The next release of The Gliffy Plugin for Confluence only relies on two external libraries not already bundled with Confluence.  As such, something like OSGi appears to be more than what we need in this context.  However, I could see how it might make sense for us to implement something like this in the future.  We'll definitely keep it in mind.

		<description>To solve these classloader issues, you might actually consider using a framework like OSGi. This will allow you to bundle any version of a library and isolate yourself from the actual environment in which you're running. In other words, whatever Confluence decides to ship, you can safely ignore it and instead ship your own version (of Batik and whatever else you need) and use it. In general this will allow you to more easily embed Gliffy in other containers (not just Confluence).
