Download the Gliffy JIRA Plugin
Automated Installation
Our plugin can be installed via the Universal Plugin Manager (UPM). Search for "Gliffy" and install
directly from the plugin manager!
Manual Installation
For those customers using an older version of JIRA that doesn"t support the UPM, you can install the
plugin by following the directions below:
Requires JIRA 4.1 or better
By using this Plugin, you agree to the terms of the End User
License Agreement.
- Shut down JIRA
- Copy the Gliffy Plugin for JIRA.jar file to "<jira_home>/plugins/installed-plugins". NOTE:
If you have an older version of the Gliffy Plugin for JIRA installed, make sure you delete it
first from the "<jira_install>/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/lib/" directory.
- Start up JIRA
- Go to "Administration > Plugins" and confirm that the Gliffy Plugin for JIRA is listed and
enabled. Make sure attachments are enabled globally in JIRA.

Licensed Users
Download the latest version of the Gliffy JIRA Plugin above. If your license has expired, you may
