Justine MacLean, Gliffy's first Solutions Engineer, has hands-on experience that helps users make the most of diagramming for Confluence and visual collaboration tools to improve clarity and alignment across teams. She leverages a deep understanding of how diagrams impact communication, particularly in technical use cases like software architecture, process mapping, and IT service management.
Prior to joining Perforce, Justine spent her career supporting enterprise clients at Fortune 500 companies, where she honed her skills in tools like Tableau and Salesforce, laying the groundwork for her consultative approach to software evaluation and enablement. Today, she leads Gliffy’s technical demos, onboarding, and customer solutioning with a focus on real-world use cases that unlock business value.
Justine frequently contributes to Gliffy’s educational resources, helping teams visualize complex ideas more effectively. Her commitment to clarity, user empowerment, and cross-functional collaboration underscores her authority in the fields of data visualization and diagramming.
Outside of work, Justine loves raising her young daughter with her husband and using her Spanish to help the Latino children of Make-A-Wish MN discover their one true wish.
