Response Times and Business Hours

When you make a support request to Gliffy, we will respond to your request no more than 1 business day from the time of your request. We will do our best to get back to you much sooner, but we are a small company, so we appreciate your patience! Gliffy business hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM PDT. Gliffy is closed on major US holidays including:

  • New Years Day (January 1st)
  • MLK (Third Monday of January)
  • Presidents Day (Third Monday in February)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday of May)
  • 4th of July (July 4th)
  • Thanksgiving (4th Thursday and Friday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)
  • New Years Eve (December 31st)
